Ryan Boyd

PT, DPT, ATC

Ryan graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in athletic training. He then interned with the New England Patriots before deciding to pursue a career in physical therapy. He attended MGH Institute of Health Professions where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy. He worked at a private practice for 7 years before deciding to open Coastal Physical Therapy. In his spare time Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids, and dog.

Shayne Going PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Shayne graduated from the University of New England in 1988. He returned to UNE and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. He also completed a residency and fellowship in orthopedic manual therapy. He did training in Germany in a specific fascial model. He has practiced orthopedic physical therapy for 35 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog, fishing, hiking, and playing golf.

Rebecca Allred PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Rebecca graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2001, then continued on at UMass Lowell to receive her Doctor in Physical Therapy in 2004. She started her career at New England Baptist Hospital in acute care orthopedics, then moved to private outpatient orthopedics for 8 years. For the past 11 years she has worked at a retirement community in the outpatient rehab department. Outside the clinic, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, skiing, and camping. Rebecca was a gymnast in her youth, was a member of the ski team at UMass Lowell, and skied to the alter at her wedding on Sugarloaf Mountain.

Erin Kelley

PTA, LMT

Erin graduated from North Shore Community College in 2017 as a Physical Therapist Assistant after becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2011. Erin has a previous history in nutrition, personal training, and extensive rehabilitation experience in various outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities. Over the years, she acquired many useful skills and techniques to incorporate into her physical therapy practice. Erin has a caring empathetic sense that shows in her treatments. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking. She has a true passion for continuing education, family, travel and adventure.

Ashley Bernier-Rutberg PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Ashley graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College in Maine in 2021 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has prior experience with geriatric and aquatic therapy. Ashley prides herself on her friendly disposition and her passion for helping others rehab to their full potential. Outside of work she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and two cats.

Erin

Administrative Assistant

Erin graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Endicott College. After working in retail, she switched to education, working at Paul F Doyon school for many years. She lives in Ipswich with her husband Dave and daughter Avery. In her free time, she loves to watch her daughter play volleyball and lacrosse, boat, and do pilates.
